Plan your Calendar

Once your templates have been created and completed with your lists and Ad breaks, you can schedule your editorial blocks in the calendar to automate the broadcasting of your channel by month. Go to the SCHEDULE => Calendar tab.


General view




The month view lets you check at a glance :

  • That all your days are filled (a.)
    A color code indicates :
    - White = empty
    - Yellow = target less than 24h
    - Green = objective greater than 24h
    - Grey = past days
    - Light blue = current day

  • Past and future programming duration per day (b.)
  • Your monthly programming and advertising objectives (c.)


You can always check (or delete) the details of a daily schedule by clicking on the edit iconéditionin the top right-hand corner of the day's box. (d.)



The ‘Time slots used’ menu items are clickable (in this example: Movie session and Series sessions #1) and take you to the corresponding Time Slots.


The pictogramédition(e.) appears only when the day contains automatic programming. When clicked, it takes you to the programming page.



The Export AsRun edition button édition(f.) lets you download a daily report or a program usage report for a chosen duration.




But it's mainly on this page that you can check the scheduling of your templates (g.) for the different days of the week.



Schedule your templates

Go to the 'Schedule' button (g.)éditionto schedule templates for different days of the week over a defined period.



Select a day and a template to apply. Then wait for your templates to load. 


Once your calendar has been created and completed, you can move on to the last step of the PLAN menu: Programming, to modify a daily schedule if required. => Schedule your program
