Display the most viewed content To improve the user experience and user retention, we have developed a new feature: automatic display of the most viewed content.

Go to the menu > Layout > Page > Then select a component > Data source > Most viewed.

How does the data source work: Most viewed?

When a user views content, it triggers a view after 6 seconds. These views are added up in real time and displayed in ascending order in this data source according to the selected period.

How do I activate the Most Viewed data source?

When you set up your home page, the components are linked to smartlists. This is the Data Source module. Select ‘Most Viewed’ to display this dynamic Smartlist on your page.

The ‘Display number on items’ option is only available for the 3:4 format due to its graphic integration.

It is possible to create several ‘Most viewed’ components on different pages of your platform. However, the display order will remain the same with or without the ‘Display number on items’ option.

The Period allows you to display the most viewed content from:

- The last 7 days

- The last month

- The last year

- Since the beginning 

Finally, the number of items displays on your page the number of content items in the selected image format (3:4 to get the numbers).
