To do this, you must first create a Folder. Click on the Folders tab, then Manage.

Create an automation

To create an automation based on the contents of a folder. Click on Programming, then Emissions.

You will now be able to define the reading behavior of the content present in your folders.

The term Show here refers to automation.

Create your automation

Name: 24hLeMans

Color: Red

Associated scenario: none

Default duration: 30min

Path: nothing

Here's a simple automation example

Select the "24hLeMans" folder + Random + 1 (tells the system to read 1 random content present in the 24hLeMans folder).

This creates a 1st rule, which can be chained together.

To validate the rule, click on the Add button.

You can chain more rules sequentially.

In our example :

1.play 1 random video present in the 24hLeMans folder.

2.play 1 random video from the Transition pub folder.

3. Play 1 random video in the folder tapis pub.

4. Play 1 random video from the Transition pub folder.

This allows you to create blocks of programs that can be linked together with an advertising tunnel.

You can play with the automation parameters to play 1, 2 or more contents. Play 1 piece of content, 1 transition then 1 other piece of content (etc.).

⚠️ You can also change the scenario of a program using the Scenario field.

✅ You can create as many Shows (Automation) as you have programs, or even more by creating variations corresponding to time slots, for example

Depositing content on the programming grid

To generate your playlist as an automation, click on Programming, then Global.

This is the programming interface

Existing and available program automations are listed in the left-hand column.

To create a typical program, we'll drag and drop the folders onto the right-hand column.

  • By defining time slots from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59.

  • Each new automation will be stacked on the previous one, until it reaches 23:59.59 seconds of programming.

  • Each "tile" can be extended or reduced directly from this screen.

Video example

Actions performed :

  • Display calendar: to view days with & without programming.

  • Fill the global programming view with automations to "fill" the grid.

  • Modify automation durations and scenarios on the grid.

  • Apply global scheduling to several consecutive days.
