Adding a content in your catalogFrom the view Catalog you can add at any moment a new Content via the button ADD NEW CONTENT, you can also import from a file.
Form for new content
A form will list you all information you need to categorize your Content and make it available:
a Type, describing its normal usage and typology
Video File: meaning an already produced content ready for typically VOD, or TV
Live stream: a stream from a linear TV channel or an internet streaming link
Podcast: audio only content
a video Format: from SD to 4K
an ISAN code (optional)
a Custom ID: an open field you can use to mention a reference of this content in any of your own systems. This field is not mandatory
Title : the title of the content, max 255 characters
Description: a free zone to introduce your content, max 3000 characters. This field is not mandatory
Illustration: a picture like a poster, or any illustration helping people to visualise your content. This field is not mandatory
a web link (optional) to a video file or any other extra information
Duration of the content
Statut representing its availability in the system:
New (illustrated by a black dot) means the Content has been created but is not available for any licensing;
Private (illustrated by a gray dot) means the Content is available for licensing only by yourself. It can not be seen by any Partners you are connected to;
Available (illustrated by a green dot) means the Content is not for any licensing by yourself or any of your connected partners;
Blocked (illustrated by a red dot) means the Content has an issue in a Contract. This statut is set by the system.
The SAVE button will validate your entry, CANCEL will forget it all.
